Part One - Basic Overview
The stranding machine is a twisting machine that can be widely used in the processing of automotive wire harnesses, which twists a plurality of single-conductors into one strand to meet the technical requirements of the wire harness.
The stranding machine controls the servo motor through the PLC to provide automatic stranding functionality. The demand for the stranded wire can be met by programs. Different products can use different programs. This product has two control mode: one is controlled by PLC that can store up to 2000 programs; the other is controlled by tablet that can store up to 5000 programs for users to call upon, providing an excellent platform for twisting line requirements.
The main features of this equipment: easiness to learn, easiness to use, simple and fast operations.
Main components: PLC/tablet/touch screen, head frame, tail seat, intermediate connecting frame, auxiliary groove, downline groove, outline groove, linear track, etc.

This product has two types:
Type 1: Both front and rear side clamps can rotate;
Type 2: Fixed rear side clamp, while the front side clamp can rotate (equipped with Clamping error compensation system)
Both types are available and can configure with or without with longitudinal drive system.
